oracle 10g + lazarus zeos + win64

I'm using lazarus zeos with oracle 10g XE on Win64.
I have a ZConnection with:
Database: XE
HostName: 127.0.0.1 // localhost
Protocol: oracle
User and Pwd: my database
When I try to connect on db I have this error
'None of the dynamic libraries can be found: oci.dll'
What can I do?
