Get a zconnection. put in a ztable, dbgrid and datasource. Compile and run project fine. Add in a second ztable and add a lookup field to the first table linking to the second. New col from table2 shows fine in grid. Both tables active for design mode. compile again ok but on run gives Edatabase err...

Easiest is to use the Zeos7 so will give that a go.
edit: Have got it installed now but strike a problem when trying to compile. Will report over in the Beta section
