... Let me have a try! If you want to insert data into a table just use the ZQuery-Component and form an INSERT-Statement that puts the data you need into the table you want to populate with data. That is the most simple way. If you are not quite familiar with SQL then refer to SQLCourse.com where you can find a good interactive SQL-Tutorial.
