Support for the Postgre 8.x

which the forecast it zeos to have support for postgre 8?
Hi,
As far as I know Postgresql8 is supported in version 6.5.1.
If you want to know when that's production ready :
- We don't know
- 6.5.1 should be at least as stable as earlier versions
- A lot of people use it in production environments already
