Nope Silvio. We really need somebody who's a Lazarus/fpc expert. Apparently it has something to do with the way a Lazarus TDataset converts data when they are entered from a data-aware component and fed back to the zeos internal caches. This is above my capabilities... I bet it has to do something with incompatible buffer contents.

Hi silvio,

Please try the svn testing branch version of today.Somebodyhas sent some fixes. I tried and it worked for me. Attention!! It's compiler dependent. If you use fpc 2.1.1 it should work the way it is in SVN.

I hope it's good enough for you.

Please confirm that I can close the bug report.
