Zeoslib Portal

On trying to connect, Zeos is missing a file named "ntwdblib.dll". It is probably the connection library without which no connection is possible.
Wher Can I download it from ?

Isn't that the SQL Server client library? I think it should be included in any client installation kit for SQL Server on CD's or in downloads.
