cvs download

Is there a no install cvs client so I can get the latest cvs from sourceforge ?? I have no access to internet directly but use a public account HOWEVER I cannot install any cvs (or any other) software. Could someone zip up the latest and send it by email or post it where I can download it ... MANY MANY thanks in advance
