Zeoslib Portal

I have installed the library but get a message that ZCore140.bpl can not be gound though it is available in the build directory.
This directory is also included in the library search path.
Sometimes the components do install but the next time Delphi is started and a component used, the message reappears.
What do I do wrong?

use the attached one and overwrite your local working copy. We've allready fixed the packages on SVN.
