Hi,
Is it possible to connect MS-Access with ZEOS lib?

Yes it is, use the ado protocol.

I have also access to text, als,csv files via ado+MicrosoftJetEngine.

Everything which has an dbc driver and is a SqlServer can be used with Zeos.

.mdb is OK, but how to connect .accdb (Access 2010)?

hmm, don't they provide an ODBC driver? If yes then it should be equal possible. I can't test it by my selves, Henk...
