The application is stuck on start

Hi,
I'm using Sqlite administrator for couple of month and suddenly it doesn't work any more.
When I tried to open the application it just hang there on the start window and doesn't continue.
Does it has some logs I can check?
I running it on Win 7 64bit
Please help
