using an sqlite dictionary in an eBook

Hallo again today!
I am soon to publish eBooks on my translation model.
They will be based on HTML executable files.
In these I wish to embed sqlite dictionary material using popup menus.
Does anyone have experience of doing this?
If yes, then I would please like to have contact with him or her.
