Master-Detail, detail dataset always locates on 8th record

Master-Detail.
Detail dataset always locates on 8th record, if RecordCount >= 8.
if RecordCount < 8, dataset locates 1st (OK).

Can it work like 6.5.1 and standard dataset: always automaticaly locate 1st ?
