is it planed or already possible to use http://www.freetds.org/ to connect to a MsSql Server running on Linux?

Maybe somebody has a private patch.

If not is it anyhow planed already to support this?

I had the same need a while back. The attached file has changes for the few functions I required. If you get any NIL pointer exceptions, let me know and I will try and add them.
