[patch_done] Patch for ZPlainSqLite3.pas

This patch fix the library name for SQLite3 protocol from libsqlite.so to libsqlite3.so. After application patch, will be working right on linux OS.
Thanks for this one-byte patch.
When you look in svn testing and trunk snapshots, you'll see this has been fixed there.
I'll add your patch to 6.6-patches only. (SVN Rev 727)
