SVN 709 and Delphi 2010

Hi there,
I tried to install svn 709, delphi14. Runtime-Compilation is ok but installing the components produces an error in ZCennection.pas line 68 called: Internal error: U1131
Compilationpaths: BPL = $(BDSCOMMONDIR)\Bpl
DCP = BPL = $(BDSCOMMONDIR)\Dcp
DCU = \build
Is there anyone having the same problem and perhaps a solution?
