Problem with delphi 2009 and zeos 7

I try to install zeos 7 into my delphi 2009, when the process of instalation finish, give me ok, but don´t appear then component into the pallet, when ask then packet installed zeos appear but whitout component. What is the problem ??. The steps are :
- Set library directory --> delphi12/build
- Compile component
- Install zeoscomponentdesing
- Give me then message ok instalation.
But no appear into then pallet of component.
