Odd behavior on program start

When I start sqliteadmin.exe (Version 0.8.3.2 Public Beta), my screen flickers and the folders refresh at the end of the splash screen (that is, as the program itself comes into view). Guessing this is some sort of Explorer issue? Is there a solution to this?

I know this is not a big issue, but one that I would like to avoid since I often have files in a particular, unsorted, order in my folders.
