Component symbols don't appear in toolbar

Component symbols don't appear in toolbar

I installed Zeos DBO 6.6.4 to C++ Builder 2007. There was no problem. I can see the components on Components Toolbar but their symbols don't appear. Is there a "DCR" file problem?
