Help upgrading from zeoslib V5.3.0

I think this is a simple question - if not, please keep the answer simple!
I have a lot of Delphi6 code using zeoslib 5.3.0 beta build 6 (I know, it's very old!) accessing a MySQL V4.0.14 db (I know, it's very old!). Is there a newer version of the lib that will let me upgrade to MySQL V5.0 (or newer) without having to rewrite the Delphi code to use new components?
