Connection to MSSQL under Win 2003

Hello,
i have discovered a problem with Zeos and MSSQL under Windows 2003. When i try to run my app under any other OS (Win 2000 or XP) the connection is working as expoected. But under Windows 2003 i cannot even connect.
Do yo have any workaround how to solve this issue ?
