Fatal Erroe: Zeos.inc

Hi all!
I am really frustrated because I don't know what I shall do.
I installed the new ZeosLib for Delphi7.
But after a while I always got the an Fatal Error.
Delphi always says: File not found: '...\Zeos.inc'
So I copied the Zeos.inc (there are also 2 different Zeos.inc in the Installation Folder, so which one to choose?) into my Delphi7\Lib Folder.
But nothing changed.
Then I tried to remove ZeosLib.
But I don't know how to do that right.
I think I removed it only half because always when I try now to install it I get the same error, that Zeos.inc can't be found when I try to install "ZComponentDesign.dpk".

So can anyone help me?
Because I don't know what to do.
Or can someone say me how to completely remove Zeoslib with Delphi7?

Would be great if someone could help.

Hi,

first of all i need some information:

1. on windows path have you added something like ZEOSDBO-6.6.3\packages\delphi7\build? And on Delphi 7?

2. What packages have you compiled? (ZComponent.dpk, ZCore.dpk, ZDbc.dpk, ZParseSql.dpk, ZPlain.dpk,ZComponentDesign.dpk)

3. In order to uninstall, just delete ZEOSDBO-6.6.3 folder, other than remove component on "Component -> Install packages" Delphi 7 item

Hi!
Thanks for your reply.
1.) I added the files from the build folder into the Lib folder if you mean that (sry don't understand your sentences because my english isn't the best;) )

2.) Yes I compiled Zcore.dpk, ZParseSQL.dpr, ZPlain.dpr, ZDbc.dpr and ZComponent.dpr
I compiled them in this order and in this order it is also written in the installation help file.

3.) Where shall this folder be?
I installed it from my Desktop and then deleted the folder. I think when you compile the files they are copied into folders in the Lib etc. folders.
And yes I tried the method with component install but it doesn't help.

Any other suggestions?

1. I have to go to "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Control Panel" -> "System"
go to "Advanced" palette and click the button "Environment variables". Here found "path" row and add the path where your dcu and bpl are placed

3. sorry, folder "ZEOSDBO-6.6.3" is the root folder where i have unzipped the Zeos library

Ok thanks for your help.
I went the hard way now. I completely removed Delphi with all its folders and reinstalled it.
Now Zeos is working.
Don't know what was the problem but I think it wasn't other to change.

So this Thread can be
