User not able to register

Hi

One of the user on Codegear forum is complaining about not being able to register on Zeos forums . This is what he said
I cannot create an account on the Zeoa forum because

1. It took me over six attempts before I was finally able to read the
security code during the registration process.
2. When I did create an account I received an email two days later informing
me that the account had been delete.
3. I tried to contact the administrator, but the email address is not valid.

I may try again - but I am not hopeful.

I'm very sorry for that... It may be partially my fault.

1. No way I disable these security codes. It's about the only way provided by the forum software to avoid automatic/spam registrations. I may look at the settings, however. Maybe I can make them a little more human readable.

2. I do delete inactive users from time to time. This means : users who haven't logged in after registering an account. Usually I try to avoid doing this within the week. (Which should be a reasonable time span for a brand new registration, I believe)

3. I'll try to change the administrator email address to mine.

Thanks Sandeep & Mark, it only took me two attempts to create an account this time, and hopefully it won't get deleted.
I have successfully posted my query.

You've been lucky... I already had to make security stronger again. Spammers had already started to add some new user accounts... Horrible. Not fully at the old level. Hope it's enough...
