ZeOs, Firebird2.1, Delphi 7,

I try to use Zeos to access Firebird. I have Firebird 2.1 and Delphi 7.
I set protocol of ZConnection to 2.0, set username, pass and Database but when I try set "Connected" to true, I get error message: "Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000"!
The same thing happens where I try to get Table names (for ZTable components) or when I try to open ZTable! But in second try all is OK!!!
What is wrong? It's my first contact with Firebird and Zeos. I've use Zeos with MSSql and I'm very pleased. But with Firebird, I couldn't make him to work ...
Can you help me?
