Commit Retaining

Hi

Someone on Codegear's newsgroup asked if Zeos still does CommitRetaining when commit is called. I thought Zeos must be doing hard commits but it turns out it does CommitRetaining. This might have a serious effect on 24x7 systems.

Hasn't anyone faced this problem yet?

Should something be added to TZConenction.Properties to make it do hard commit when commit is called?

If that's possible it would be nice. There has been some talk about this a few months ago. As far as i remember it wasn't that straightforward. I suppose you need a good understanding of the FB API to implement that.
