Problems with data edit grid

I found that data entry in the data edit grid is very annoying. Can someone tell me how to operate it with keys only? When I'm entering for example 10 records I have to use mouse to go into another field (Tab doesn't work!). Are there any shortcuts to Insert/Delete/Post records ?
