Bug (0.8.3.2.) with the right bar

Hi,
Thank you for this tool. Im using version 0.8.3.2.beta at XP home and with a 21 kb database with 7 tables and the timestamp.
But I found a reproducable bug:
If I use a greater table and move primarily the right bar total from top to down I get: "Grid index out of range". If I going return and oncemore to down, then it is all very well. This is reproducable.
I noticed also, that this bar move the table and the accentuate field simultaneous, this is quite unusual.
But this is not serious and I am feeling, you have to make an effort earlier for the correct view and the editing of special letters in Swedish, German and other languages.
