got no data after upgrade 6.6.1 beta

i have an old project using 6.1.5-stable, and it's working fine for several month, but now i need unicode support, so i upgrade zeoslib to 6.6.1 beta.
but after i upgrade, there is no data in all data object(TntDBEdit, TntDBGrid...) with design and runtime, but i can still login into program, the login is using TZReadOnlyQuery, any suggest?
upgrade procedure:
1.remove all include path in Tool/Environment Option/Library/Library Path about zeoslib
2.remove zeoslib components in Components/Install Packages/Remove 5 zeoslib packages.
3.open 6.6.1-beta cbuilder6/ZeosDbo.bpg and compile in sequence then install.
4.remove RequestLive in all .dfm file.
i am using windows server 2003 and builder 6 with update pack 4.
