But if use CAST in SELECT, then all well.

select 1, CAST(L.PARAM02 AS CHAR(100))
  from TZAJAV Z
         left join TDOGOVOR D on d.ID=z.IDDogovor
         left join TANKETA_FIZ AF on af.ID=z.IDAnketa
         left join TANKETA AJ on aj.ID=z.IDAnketa,
       TLIZINGODATEL L
 where z.ID  = 1
