Problems with installing 6.6.1 beta

I have Borland Delphi 7 SP1 with 6.5.1 alpha and recently I have installed BDS2006 SP1. I try to install 6.6.1 beta in BDS2006. I open ZEOSDBO-6.6.1-beta\packages\delphi10\ZeosDbo.bdsgroup and compile the components in the following order:
Zcore100.bpl
ZPlain100.bpl
ZParseSQL100.bpl
ZDBC100.bpl
All of them are compiled successfully. But when I compile ZComponent100.bpl, I get an error
[Pascal Fatal Error] ZComponentDesign.dpk(34): F2141 Bad file format: 'C:\Program Files\D7\Projects\Bpl\ZParseSql.dcp'
So, I suppose it use the folder from Delphi7 and ZParseSql.dcp from 6.5.1 alpha. Please, prompt to me, how can I get rid of with error?
