I write projects in Lazarus 0.9.30.2 Fpc 2.4.4 In linux 32 64 bit (opensuse 12.1) and windows 7 XP 32 bit

mysql 5.1 (linux and windows client library)

I want to try to compile your projects zeoslib/branches/testing-egonhugeist/, but I doubt its stability. But early or later have to do it

Ok i'll write a fpc-core memmber to get help. Your error messages from lazarus are "villy nilly". That's why i actuall can't test them exacly. It's late now, i'm hopefull we can solve this problem..

I do not try grouped connection and no not know how use it , if you are about it

we need a better bugreport. can you set breakpoint to unit ZDbcMySqlMetadata.pas
line 1215 and whatch the in parameters? Check out why they are empty. This is the reason for your first post. Are the generally empty?

Also set a breakpoint to ZDbcMySqlResultSet.pas line 292 and check the PlainDriver-results.
(ColumnInfo.ColumnName .... )

Are they empty enentually too? Or is there an information-lost by using function ZString (you've to debug in)...

Or is realy nothing fetchable?
