Cannot Transliterate character between char set

Hello guys!
I have a problem. My Zeos TZUpdateSQL component doesn't working in Rad Studio 2007. When I try to post some data at the database, I'm getting the exception: Cannot Transliterate character between char set..
I'm using Firebird 2.1 with charset WIN1252.
Can anybody help-me?
