Bulgarian translation

Hello guys! I am new here. I am now focused on getting informed about SQLite and I came across this amazing tool for administration of SQLite databases. My native language is Bulgarian and I did not see Bulgarian in the list of available languages, so I take up with the translation and I will upload the file as soon as I am ready. I did not see any direct contact with the author, so I am writing here. I find the whole forum amazing, so I will try to be active.
