Is Version 7.2 already declared as stable?

The forum for ZeosLib 7.2 Report problems. Ask for help, post proposals for the new version and Zeoslib 7.2 features here. This is a forum that will be edited once the 7.2.x version goes into RC/stable!!

My personal intention for 7.2 is to speed up the internals as optimal a possible for all IDE's. Hope you can help?! Have fun with testing 7.2

Is Version 7.2 already declared as stable?

Post by slai »

Hy There

I'm struggling with the stable versions of zeoslib. in Sourceforge i see a download 7.2 release candidate, is this actually the stable 7.2? because i've seen that the 7.3 development already startet here:

http://zeoslib.sourceforge.net/viewtopi ... =3&t=40782

so is the actually stable version download on this link and not on sourceforge?

thx

Hello slai,

Zeos 7.3 was already started for getting some features to work that couldn't be included im Zeos 7.2 before it went into beta state.
Currently we recommend to use Zeos 7.2 from SVN because it already more stable and more mature than Zeos 7.1. The only reason for not declaring Zeos 7.2 stable is that we don't have the time for finishing the release cycle currently.

Best regards,

Jan
