Error while installing 6.6.2

Hi Guys,

Iam using Delphi 9 Personal on normal WinXP.
iam new in ZeosLib and just started to install it like in the tutorial http://zeos.firmos.at/kb.php?mode=article&k=6 said.

Now iam at the point where i have to compile the files,
everything worked good up to that point where ive compiled the
ZComponent.dpk

[Fataler Fehler] ZComponent.dpk(32): E2202 Package 'dbrtl' wird benötigt, konnte aber nicht gefunden werden

=> Package 'dbrtl' cant be found ? But why? Wht could be my failure?

I am not sure but I think Delphi Personal does not include DB stuff.
