Delphi 7 Personal Edition?

Hi

I just downloaded Delphi 7 Personal edition and tried to install ZeosLib 6.1.5(with patch 1 and 2) But at Zdbc.dpk it gives me the following:

[Fatal Error] ZDbc.dpk(33): Required package 'dbrtl' not found

Ok so i'm thinking this is happening because I have the personal edition. Is there any work around or something I can do... Maybe even try to write my own TdataSource(I guess it's what zeoslib wants?)

Any help will be appreciated
