Zeos and Lazarus win32 or Delphi 7

I am with problems and Zeos with Lazarus on Windows:
when I compile my own project, Lazarus returns an error with the message: "Can't find unit ZConnection.pas", but I compiled Lazarus and Zeos package more than 8 times, I think.

With Delphi 7 the problem is something like that: it can't find all ".dcu" in use by Zeos, but I put them in the folder and it was solved. (The problem is: I don't want to "mess" the project directory with ".dcu" files =/).
On linux there is no problems with this: everything compiles fine.

Can somebody help me?
