qAdmin error

When I try to open a SQLite File, SQLite Administrator give me the Error
qAdmin: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset.

I have tried to create a database, and to open an existing. And I can open with sqlitespy

Any idea?

take care that there are no special chars in the whole path and the filename
