I am using SQLite on WinXP in German language for editing a database originally produced in Outlook and imported in a Medion Navigator P4410 (as PDA). The original Outlook database is destroyed.
The SQLite works fine, but I can only see the german umlauts e.g. ä, ö, ü and Hungarian or French accents e.g. é, á, ú with strange letter combinations. Possibel it is unicode utf-8 ?
Therefor it is impossible for me to produce new datasets with this letters and to understand unknown addresses also.
What can I do for simple editing with this language specialities?
thanks for help

Yes. Now I am using "SQLite database browser". Here can I see the utf-8-characters very well!!! I can modify any field also.
But I can´t insert any new record!!!
I just don´t know what to do. I have to working with two programs for my little database, the first for insert, latter for editing and deleting?
