how to import/export data from DB

I'have a SQLite3 DB and i need to add a new field in one of the table. I exported all my data with SQLite administrator in few xls files and created my new db. How can i import the data into my new Db. When i use the Import function (Data/Import Data), it doesn't let me select any file.
