Zeos support Delphi XE7

did commit Michals packages. Found some small bad {ifdef} block inside the dproj goups and deleted them by hand again.
Also did i use the XE7 logic for some changes on the XE6 packages. Can you download them and verify my changes? (if this is working we can fix XE3-XE5 too)

I auditioned with the XE6 and not installing correctly, errors occurs as follows:

-The Win32 Debug \ ZParseSql.dpk \.
