Installation problem

Post by jeremicm »

Hi, i'm having a problem with installation of Zeos 6.5.1 on D7. I had Zeos 6.5.0 installed previously, and when try to compile 6.5.1 Core pkg i got message that delphi can't install it because it's not design time package...

6.5.0 packages are removed from d7 before 6.5.1 installation...

Thanks in advance

Hi and good evening.
Can you tell us which version you are using?
If it's one of my more recent release you will notice there's one more package included for some compilers (also for D7). This package is called ZComponentDesign. It's that package you should install. Easiest way in D7: Open the projectgroup. Position the mouse on the ZCore Project in the Project manager. Click right. Option 'Build from here'. After build you choose to install the last project in the list.

OK, this is one of the oldest versions available.
Please look in the downloads FORUM or the portal page of this site. There you have some brand new downloads. Nice to know : a beta release is only a few days away.
