thank you for your hint. My actual problem is having time and can't get the FPC2.6 running (something must be wrong with my folder-settings here).

So can you please roleback to:

rev1079.-> Test -> problem present? ELSE:
rev1084 (here if think it's possible (i removed thausands of deprecated lines and the CHECK_Client_CODE_PAGE-define)) -> Problem?

then there where several internal changes which i don't think they can result problems like this.

if everything is right then it only could be the merges between 1100 and 1109.

found last fragments of my CHECK_CLIENT_CODE_PAGE define which makes it impossible to set the CodePage to the MySQL-Connection...

everything should be fine again...

Can you confirm this?
