C++ Builder 6 Installation problems

I'm having problems with the installation procedure in C++ Builder 6:
Everything compiled OK but when I tried to install ZComponent.bpk, I get the following error "The procedure entry point @Zplainfirebird21@Finalization$qqrv could not be located in the dynamic link library ZPlain.bpl". This is followed by another error "Can't load package ...\ZComponent.bpl. The specified procedure could not be found."

Anyone able to help?

Looks like an old unit/compiled unit is somewhere around. is this a first time install on this machine?
