Big Prob to Solve URGENT MATTER

URGENT MATTER

I need to Create and use windows (forms i done not MDI) under tscrollbox but i cant get a way that works fine .

It only activates on caption bar if not activated doesnt capture the components( ex : TEdit)---


Does anyone know how can i solve this issue.
