I went the hard way now. I completely removed Delphi with all its folders and reinstalled it.
Now Zeos is working.
Don't know what was the problem but I think it wasn't other to change.

Hi all! I am really frustrated because I don't know what I shall do. I installed the new ZeosLib for Delphi7. But after a while I always got the an Fatal Error. Delphi always says: File not found: '...\Zeos.inc' So I copied the Zeos.inc (there are also 2 different Zeos.inc in the Installation Folder...
