Dear Creed, did you solve your problem? I'm facing the same issue with ZeoaLib 7.1.4 and a TService project connecting to Oracle. How did you solve it? I'm wondering if I need to copy any zeosLib DLL into the project folder but I don't think so because a simple Win32 application project can connect ...
