Ahh, it wasn't clear to me that the installation is no longer the problem but your already compiled and the app runs into access violation. That is a complete new problem, you shall make a new thread and publish all other params, like db version and where exactly the error raises.

Really no idea! Have you ever installed any other comp similar like zeos? Maybe your install procedure is completly wrong. I am quite sure that the problem has thg , to do with zeos comps itself but with your delphi installation or the way you are "installing" zeos. Try to read some genera...

Of course use the version from http://users.telenet.be/mdaems/ with d10 package included

As zippo said, check system paths... 'C:\PROGRA~1\Borland\Delphi6\Projects\BPL\' shouldn't be in system path of windows, and should be in any path (lib,browse, etc) in d10/delphi2006 for win32 or .NET. Check that there are no Zeos dcus anywhere else then in build path of the zeos inst dir..in your c...

I compiled and installed delphi 10 (2006) packages from latest cvs branch sucessfully...

Ahh, i found the solution with the non working download link! The Bug must be in language Profile "german" for Orion Forum soft, if switched to english it works.

Now patch works..

Who is repsonsible for forum? I am quite sure there is already a patch availabe. However if it won't be fixed, we should at least disable "german" as selectable language here.
